1:Go to settings
2:parental control
3:click "I forgot" Twice
4:take this number and enter it in the confirmation number space but make sure your dsi date is the same as the date on the website below

5: Once you verify date and enter code hit "get reset code" on website
6:Take this number and go back to dsi and click ok to bring you to the screen to enter unlock code.
7:Once this is done hit clear settings on dsi and that's it
